At Foundation Manual Physical Therapy and Performance, we want to provide clients with high quality physical therapy that is individually tailored to meet your specific goals. Whether it be getting back on the golf course, back to the gym, gardening or chasing the grandkids we will work with you to allow you to achieve your goals.
Our focus is on one on one therapy with the same physical therapist to ensure continuity of care. We offer 1 hour appointment slots to ensure we can provide you the education, treatment, motivation and understanding of your specific problem. If you are sick of the cookie cutter PT experience that is overbooked and leaving you wanting more attention then you have found the right place.

We want to be part of your healthcare family. Our patients/clients will always be part of Foundation Manual Physical Therapy and Performance and should feel free to contact us with questions or for referrals to other healthcare providers even after you are done being an active patient/client.
